These are my ANZAC biscuits I made on Thursday with my Mum. Some are plain, some have peanuts, and some have chocolate chips. They were delicious except we cooked the chocolate chip ones a bit too long!
These look really delicious Maria! I've never tried ANZAC biscuits with chocolate chips in before, that sounds like a fantastic combination. Great that you were able to reflect and see how to improve them for next time. Which flavour were your favourite?
